I keep getting ranked games with a teammate missing

The Apex Legends team has recently been investigating some issues with the fill/no-fill options not working properly, which might be related to what you've been seeing. The issue has been added to the Apex Tracker. Right now I'm afraid we don't have a time frame on when this issue might be fixed, but hopefully it will be resolved soon.
