What happens when the bug occurs? The skin does not show up.
What should be happening instead? The skin should be showing up, and be equipabble, as I own it.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? If you look at the update that removed all those skins from the game, probably should start there huh? As the vast majority of people reporting this issue, seems to be from that.
Hello, I recently returned to the game after a break, only to find out that my pathfinder skin was missing. I contacted EA, who told me to contact Twitch, who transferred me to Amazon, who transferred me back to their twitch department, who transferred me to the technical department of twitch for a call. Process took over a week. Then through a phone call he basically verified; yep you had the skin, you accepted the twitch prime offer, and then proceeded to inform me of the date that I claimed the offer. However the funny thing is, they cant do anything about it! What are they going to do? Brute force their way in to apex legends and put a skin on my account, that EA deleted? I told him, EA probably wont believe me, so could you please send me something that proves my claim, he then sent me an mail with the date that I claimed the offer on, along with a sentence, which makes the whole goose chase obsolete: "If the loot has disappeared it will be necessary to contact EA for assistance with getting it loaded to your EA account."
So the goose chase continues, twitch technical department sends me back to EA, but with proof that I had the skin, I then press chat with EA HELP, I meet the most oblivious representative to date, however the arrogant type of oblivious, giving me phrases such as: We can't confirm that you had twitch prime back then (I did not show the email yet), I then show it and the phrase changes to: We can't give skins to your account. Ummm, okay? But you can delete thousands of people's skins without an issue? But fixing the problem that you've created is a nogo? You guys realize that you're making people who work their * off, to fix your problems for ya? In my recreational time I want to be able to play a game and have fun with it. I don't want to be hunting down customer supports through different platforms, only to be sent back to the first one I contacted after a week and especially not for a game... This is not okay, I spent hours upon hours trying to figure out a solution, instead of enjoying my god damn free time... and then when I finally acquired proof, which should make it a simple fix

- Its not there anymore
- He has proof of owning the skin
- There is not any delete button for the player
- Therefore we(EA/Apex Legends) messed up
- We(EA/Apex Legends) give it back to him
Anyway the customer service sends me a wall of text in the end, abruptly ends the conversation, and wipes the history, and marks it as resolved, even though it was probably the worst costumer service I've ever received... I then dare and press Chat again, and get a nice customer supporter. He is understanding, he did his due diligence and found that this problem has been reported, and that the team is aware of it, basically acknowledges the issue and doesn't shove it on amazon/twitch... And that's nice and all.. But fact remains that all your other representatives have given me wrong guiding, and sent me to lose hours of my spare time, for no reason... Not one of them acknowledged the issue and simply said we're working on it, besides that guy. I'm not satisfied at all, you sent me to do all this work, you wasted people's time in twitch and amazon, trying to dig for all this info, so now you better use it.
Anyway... Fix it, you've sent me on a runaround, I've gathered the proof, and have exhausted everything that twitch is able to do. Now you fix it for me, simple as that.
