Community ManagerSame here xbox sent me code its installed but everytime i log in no battle pass
I got sent a message by Xbox gifting me a code with the battle pass. It’s their official account I made sure of it. I’m having the same problem. Xbox said I redeemed the code but every time I log into apex there is no pass.
Who do i contact to fix this
I assume we wait for Queen Bee to get back to us

Xbox sent people, including me, a code for the battlepass in Apex Legends. After redeeming the code, we’ve all tried resetting the game and waiting some time but nothing happens

Yes the code was sent to us by the official xbox account
Where the person got it from was also the same for me. It came as a message from Xbox directly from the chats tab in my home button.
