I redeem A code from xbox to get battle pass and never got it

So I got a redeem code from xbox that I’ll get a free battles pass from xbox So I redeem it I load in to apex And It says Xbox reward Battle pass And i DONT have it WHAT is going on [Edited by CM t...

This is the first I've heard of an code granting you the Apex battle pass. Can I ask where you got this code from?

Where the person got it from was also the same for me. It came as a message from Xbox directly from the chats tab in my home button.
