I was playing a ranked game, when I got a message from Xbox. It was a code to redeem for the resurrection Season 18 battle pass. I redeemed it, after the game, it said I unlocked the Apex season 28 battle pass, and thank you for your purchase. I have no problem with that, it's the fact that I still didn't get my rewards, and it's still telling me to buy the battle pass. I already submitted a EA Help, but still haven't gotten a response, and I'm starting to feel like I got scammed by a redeem code. The code is already redeemed, so I have no problem posting it publicly, but I would very much like my rewards.
