I redeem A code from xbox to get battle pass and never got it

So I got a redeem code from xbox that I’ll get a free battles pass from xbox So I redeem it I load in to apex And It says Xbox reward Battle pass And i DONT have it WHAT is going on [Edited by CM t...

I got sent a message by Xbox gifting me a code with the battle pass. It’s their official account I made sure of it. I’m having the same problem. Xbox said I redeemed the code but every time I log into apex there is no pass.

    Hey everyone,

    We have been informed that this should now be fixed, and you should be able to see the BP now.  Please log out and try logging in again, let us know if this works for you.

      The battle pass still does not show as unlocked for me. Nothing has changed.

        Same here just reddened and still no battle pass

      Haven't received the BP at all, logged in and it still says it's locked

      @EA_Abril Unfortunately this is still not fixed. I talked to many support agents from ea and xbox until one finally alerted me about this forum I tried troubleshooting but could not resolve this issue
