What happens when the bug occurs? If you enable your Ultimate "EMP" when you are outside the drone, you won't be able to bring or use your gun for more than 4 seconds. It only happens if your are outside the drone, that means if you enable the EMP while you are piloting the drone, you can bring your gun and use it immediately without any issues.
What should be happening instead? You should be able to bring your gun and use it immediately if you enable your Ultimate "EMP" when you are outside the drone.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? 1. Play Crypto. 2. Equip a gun. 3. Enable your Ultimate "EMP" when you are outside the drone. 4. You won't be able to bring or use your gun for more than four seconds.

If this is intentional then why you guys didn't tell us in the patch notes? And also if this is intentional then why make it only happen if you enable your Ultimate when you are outside the drone? Does it make a difference when you are piloting the drone and because of that you changed it only for the first case?
