I have found the solution. In the main menu u need to switch servers. For example i switched to belgium servers and the problem was gone. So then i started the game again and switched to my main servers Amsterdam and there the problem was gone too!
oh my gosh man i dont know how i can ever repay you for this! this has been happening to me for the longest time and im proud to say I reached masters without having game chat!
