In Season 6, FOV altering abilities mess with your sensitivity

What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. using stim
Did your squad mates also experience the issue? Yes
How many matches had you played in a row before the issue occurred? noticed it on my first game of season 6.

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
How severe is your issue? Major impacts to gameplay
What happens when the bug occurs? In the first couple of seconds of Octane's stim, mouse sensitivity is drastically different. A) While in the default view (hipfire mode I guess), mouse sensitivity is increased. B) While ADSing mouse sensitivity is reduced.
What should be happening instead? mouse sensitivity should not be increased/decreased while using stim.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? 1) apply stim 2) spin around in default view or while Aiming down sights 3) spin around while not on stim and compare with step 2.

Please fix this, it's very annoying and I've lost a lot of firefights because of it.
