What happens when the bug occurs? Hi guys. I have not played Apex since the beginning of Season 3. I moved on to other games, but decided that I wanted to play again. Most importantly, I have never hacked any game or even thought of doing so. When I started Apex back up (after updating), I joined my friend in the main menu. When I started to queue with him, the map started loading without issues. All of a sudden, I got sent back to the main menu, with a ban message on my screen. I am really confused, and this is the first time I have ever experienced anything like this. Is it possible that my account got hacked while I was away? Also, is there any way for me to see which IP addresses my account is associated with? If someone got hold of my account and cheated with it, I understand the ban. Thanks ahead for your suggestions and advice!
What should be happening instead? I should be able to play matches normally.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I have heard of other accounts experiencing bans after a long time of inactivity. Please fix this!
