Inconsistent Ladder Points Earned
When playing ranked with my friends, there is a huge inconsistency on how the points are distributed.
This is my Score Report for placing 2nd in a ranked match
And this is the Score Report for my team mate who is also on the team.
I want to understand why I am getting less points although the Game stats are drastically different. Also why my screen does not show a Skill Bonus and my teammate does.

While your in-game performance is taken into account, your hidden MMR also plays a large part in getting bonuses depending on the relative skill of the lobby.
In this case it's likely your friend was at a lower MMR, so they've received some additional bonuses from the matchmaking system to get them caught up to the appropriate range faster.
