Incorrect bans for AMD GPU users

    Just to confirm, the team was aware of these concerns and is looking further into the situation currently.

    If you're dealing with a banned account and have not already submitted an appeal, please start there by using the steps linked below:

    If you've already submitted multiple appeals and our TOS team has declined to remove the ban, we won't be able to reverse that decision here. However, if any new information comes to light as a result of this investigation, we'll update this thread as well to let folks know what other actions may be needed.

Hi @EA_Barry,

I do not require assistance to dispute the ban, as I can already do this and I know this just goes to an automated response etc.
Disputing the case will only resolve my issue and will not resolve this problem for all the community.
This issue needs a to be investigated by a development team member to check that there are no bugs with the anti-cheat software, as it appears that AMD GPU users are being falsely flagged as cheaters right now.

    This is my exact thoughts regarding this issue. I've already hit 3 dispute tries and am getting an automatic rejection after it.

    EA is gonna have to do something to force EAC to check this issue out. I'll report back my entire rig and programs I feel that could be triggering a false positive. As we have a user collecting data of everyone that has been falsely banned.
