What happens when the bug occurs? I clearly see myself I hit masters in s20. Yet I have diamond ranked rewards how is this a thing?
What should be happening instead? I should have masters ranked rewards
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Look at my profile “woundedwold24” you’ll see I was masters in s20 yet I don’t have masters ranked rewards

Here in my screenshots it shows I was masters in s20 yet . No masters rewards.. 

Season 20 ranked rewards not from the highest rank achieved in a split... I was D4 the first split and demoted to plat 1 in the second split a couple days before season 21 came out. From my understanding ranked rewards were supposed to be from the highest ranked achieved in one split, and the animated badge for both splits. but instead i got plat rewards even though i ended the first split in diamond... Am i just misunderstanding how the ranked rewards are supposed to work?

What happens when the bug occurs? IVE BEEN WRONGLY AWARDED GOLD RANKED BADGES FOR SEASONS 20 AND 21 NOW!!!!! I HIT PLATINUM BOTH TIMES AND WAS AWARDED GOLD BOTH TIMES. WHAT THE HELL????

I'm haveing the exact same problem I got d4 and dropped just before the season ended and instead of diamond rewards I recived plat ones....  they really need to fix this as I might as well of just stoped playing for 2 days 

last season I made masters both splits, but when I logged in for season 20 it said that i was diamond both splits instead

i got diomond season 20 and i got the platimum rewands in season 21 i need my diomond bage

I have contacted ea about this countless of times got told to post it on here.. massively upset as was tough to hit masters last season with the teaming… but here you will see me taking a screenshot of me in masters last season… to what my rewards are… 

I noticed it was showing my rank as plat 2 the day of the cross progression prompt bug when I clearly as you can see hit masters in first split… with 47 days left to go! Quite upset as keep getting told the same thing I just want my correct rewards please 🙏

Incorrect Rank Rewards, I was top 700 pred then the game crashed with the new update and it still showed the pred rank, so I tried to play pubs and it put me into   rankED game when I was readied up for trios.  My teammates then hot drop I crash and I'm out of pred.  Then the new season instantly starts.
