What happens when the bug occurs? i was bronze four when i was diamond last split
What should be happening instead? i should be gold 2

i was diamond 4 last split after the split reset im now bronze 4 and it says i was gold 2 last split which is quite annoying because diamond is the highest rank i have ever been and its not being recognised,
- I just started and unlocked ranked and my rank is completely muddled up, could any mods pls help as this is Weirdi am plat 2 rn when it says last split i was master,i should be in rookie

What happens when the bug occurs? I was reset to Gold 4 instead of going to Plat 2 from Masters (Dropped 12 levels instead of the usual 6 at split)
What should be happening instead? On stat page should show Master Rank for both Split 1 and 2 of Season 16
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? On my stats page and compare it to the evidence attached
I was in Masters at the end of Split 1 of season 16 However as you can see from the screenshot of my stats page its showing split one my highest rank achieved was Diamond 4. It also demoted me 12 levels at the split instead of 6. I should have gone from Masters s16 s1 to Plat 2 I actually went back to Gold 4.
Im due animated Masters rewards and hopefully I get them. Thanks
This also happened to me for season 18. I should have a masters badge, but instead I have a non-placement badge and no masters trail. If anyone knows how I can get this fixed, please let me know. Thank you!
same here. not getting the master badge and dive trail
Give us what we deserve and earned fairly, our badges for s16 and trials. This is ridiculous, common EA/respawn you can do better then this.
I was master ranked in season 17, and I didn’t receive any of the rewards for it. The only thing I got for ranked season 17 was a rookie 4 badge.
Same and it’s dumb too cuz unlike most of the player base I actually grinded my * off for masters instead of ratting
