What happens when the bug occurs? I had to switch my internet after reset happened today and it messed up my rank. I reached D4 the other day then after this happened on the reset it told me I only made G2
What should be happening instead? I should have stayed gold 2 after reset and kept my D4 rank from last split
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I’m not too sure, try the same thing I did when it occurred

I don’t know if you can check the stats on my account but the games I played add up to diamond 4 not gold 2. I attached a screenshot of what I see now
