Incorrect rank/rewards

Same here I'm reset to gold 4. Except it says I am masters for the first split when I was pred.

What should be happening instead? I should be in plat 2 and it should say that I was in masters last split

I was in masters last split and I should be in plat 2 this split. When I go into my stats it says last split I got to plat 2 and that this split I am in gold 4. I have proof I was in masters. Please resolve this quickly
