Incorrect rank/rewards

Same too me, from gold 1 to silver 3 ....

I finished the 20 player levels to be able to play ranked. It's saying I was ranked masters in the first split with 32,767 RP and that I am currently ranked platinum 2. I have tried playing a couple of matches to see if it would help it reset my rank. Once by diving off the map on drop and once playing the match out. Neither of the attempts helped. I have only dropped RP. I have taken a picture with my phone and a screenshot on the PS5 however it will not let me attach it to this post due to the file size. Any help with this issue will be appreciated. Thank you.

What happens when the bug occurs? The bug is it shows my season 16 split one rank as masters 21.2k rp when i finished 24.4k rp apex predator and it shows me having less rp than I had and shows me as masters, when I put tons of time into the game to receive my Apex Predator rank and the game in split 1 season 16 shows less RP than i have and this is really effectiving my mental health. It also reset me to gold 4 instead or plat 2 like i should have been.
What should be happening instead? It should show my correct rp that i put my time into the game earning in split 1 season 16 at 24.4k RP apex predator and give me enough rp so I don’t have to start ar gold 4 when i should be in plat 2
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? A ton of players on xbox have had this issue where in split 1 for season 16 it doesnt show the correct amount of rp and shows less than what they finished with, to find the bug just look at what the players finished at rp wise and look at the players profile for split one most apex predators have rp showing less than what they actually finished at in split 1 season 16. So by checking these players profiles just see what rp they finished at and hot patch it to fix, because right now it shows less than what we all finished at therefore not giving us the correct rewards

In this first picture it shows that i ended at 24.4k rp and it sent me all the way to gold 4, but I just want my apex predator rewards so look in the second picture.

in the second picture thats the bug for split 1 season 16 it shows my rp is at 21k when i finished at 24.4k rp which is ridiculous it doesnt even show the correct amount i finished the season 16 split 1 with and has me as masters with the wrong amount of rp

in the third picture this is more proof of what my account finished at rp wise, please fix this it effects my mental health and makes me not want to play the game
