@EA_David My ranking has been wrong. My score was Master in the first half of the season, but after the season refresh, it shows that I was Platinum II in the first half of the season and refreshed me to Gold IV. I want to give feedback on this error and get my ranking back.

We got silenced on the whole thing , as far as i know they have not bothered to give the missing rewards to anyone.
Their support team is only giving you automated templates which solve nothing.
I saw that my whole ticket is moved as "Solved" even though there is nothing close to solved in the whole thing.It's been incredible waste of time to grind last season , hopefully this season we won't have the same issues.
P.S Master is the new Diamond
