I never played ranked before, just got to lvl 20 and I started in plat 2. This is not fun

Hello I am new to the game and I am ranked plat II without going through the placements. It is a struggle going back down to rookie can an admin look into my situation and put me Rookie or Bronze please. Thank you! I have been playing with toxic players way above my skills

Where did the issue occur? when i first was allowed into ranked after ranking up to 20 account level
Which part of the map or menu were you in? If you don't remember the exact name, please describe the area or what you were trying to do in the menu. i dont know
What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. Just playing the game
