    Just to get a bit more information as we're investigating, please let us know if you've done any of the following recently.

    • Unlinked an account
    • Used a new PC
    • Requested a refund
    • Attempted to purchase Exotic Shards

    Thanks for the additional posts, folks.

    We're still working to fully address this, but I did just want to clarify a couple things!

    Yes, you're perfectly fine to keep playing while we wrap things up on this end.

    I would suggest not spending the extra coins at the moment just to avoid a possible situation in which their removal could potentially result in a negative balance if they've already been spent, but we're still looking into this and should be able to clarify further once the investigation is completed.
