Infinite connecting to lobby / stuck in lobby

I do have another apex account on my xbox , but i cant do that right now so i can try that on monday ..but what i can do i ask my homie to try my account on his xbox and see if its the same problem . Would that work ?

Do you and your friend use the same network, or does he live elsewhere?

Gotcha, so it could be an issue with either the console or the network itself. 

Do you have access to a PC on the same network as your Xbox? If so, can you try running a UOTrace so we can take a look? That will give us a more detailed look at the connection between your home network and the servers, so if there's something happening in between we may be able to spot it. 

For more info on how to run the test check out the EA Help website. Look for the section in that article titled How to run UOTrace. Once you have the results please attach them here. Thanks!

Looking at the pathping you attached it seems like there's some packet loss happening right from the beginning. That first entry is the connection to your home router/modem, so if there's packet loss happening there it could be an issue with your local network. 

What kind of network connection are you currently using? Is it wifi, or is it a network cable? If you're using wifi is there any way to try connecting it with a cable instead? That way we can eliminate possible wifi signal issues.

Ah, I see. Are you pretty far from the router? Right now we're still working on fixing some of the lingering issues that popped up last week, but if there are any issues with the wifi signal that could also be part of what's happening as well.

If there's any way you could test this with a network cable, or even on a different network connection that should help us eliminate wifi signal issues as a possible cause for the connectivity issues you've been seeing. If you're able to give that a try please let me know.

Hi, I have been having the exact same issue but I am using a network cable. I still get packet loss and can't connect/leave matches. This has been happening for a week now. Tried google DNS and tried basic and advanced troubleshooting steps. Uninstalled and reinstalled the game. Still no fix, please need help?

I'm wondering if setting a static IP address for your PS5 might help with this. The Port Forward website has some instructions on how you can set one up. If you're able to give that a shot please let me know if you're still having any of the same issues. Thanks again.

If it's happening on multiple accounts it sounds like there's a local issue that could be causing this to happen. What type of internet connection are you using? Are you on a public connection like at a school, or is this your home network?

I'm having the same bugs on both my PC and PS5.  My PC is connected on ethernet and my PS5 is connected via wifi.  Both apex accounts are having the same bugs as described on this thread.  Already changed the DNS on my PC and it didn't help the issue at all.  I've only been having this problem since Wednesday night. Started out of nowhere.
