What happens when the bug occurs? If you reach lvl 500, you cannot sign into the game. You get booted back to the main menu every time.
What should be happening instead? It should allow me to sign in and play the game.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Reach lvl 500 and try to sign into the game to play

When you reach Level 500 on Apex Legends, you'll get this error message and will be unable to sign into your account and play the game. Switching servers also won't work. But if you make another account or have one that isn't on level 500, you'll be able to play. I think this is a new bug that came into the game, but it needs to be fixed ASAP. It really made me think I was banned from playing the game today.
