Issues connecting to Lobby (Leaving Match)

What happens when the bug occurs? I try to exit back to lobby after my squad has died, but "Connecting to Lobby" stays on the screen indefinitely until the match has ended, never actually exiting the match.
What should be happening instead? Leave match and return to lobby.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Enter a match, have your squad die, and attempt to exit to lobby.

I try to exit back to lobby after my squad has died, but "Connecting to Lobby" stays on the screen indefinitely until the match has ended, never actually exiting the match. This started to happen again right after I installed the "Spellbound" update, and it is now happening between every 1-5 matches.

(In addition, since the update, the amount of "no reg" hits has been quite high with many noticeable instances in the 15+ games I have played so far; this includes one instance where I tried to kill a downed player front point-blank, and out of one and a half R-301 clips only 29 damage total registered on screen with the other bullets showing a hit crosshair and sound, but no damage)

My internet is fast, and my connectivity is good, but I reset my modem, and rebooted my Xbox to be sure. Both issues persisted.
