Jump Pad bug

Where did the issue occur? In a match
Which part of the map or menu were you in? If you don't remember the exact name, please describe the area or what you were trying to do in the menu. It's occurred multiple times, on slanted hills and on flat ground
What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. Sliding

How many matches had you played in a row before the issue occurred? Many

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
How severe is your issue? Major impacts to gameplay
What happens when the bug occurs? Sliding into a jump pad will cause my character to not get launched, my whole screen glitches out, and then my screen will keep glitching every time I slide thereafter. So my screen looks like it's zooming in super quick and then un-zooming every time I slide. If, after this happens, I slide into a jump pad again, it corrects the issue, or at least it has in the past. I can't seem to replicate this issue in the firing range mode, but it's been happening in actual games, and it makes it really hard to be mobile.
What should be happening instead? I presume the jump pad should launch me even if I'm sliding
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Test the problem, slide into a jump pad. The issue has happened for me on Rampart and Lifeline, I cannot speak for any other classes.
