Known Issues in patch 12.1

I'm having a issue on Xbox series X I get to the main menu and it says my controller is disconnected. It is connected and I can do all the Xbox controls just apex doesn't register it's connected.

I have this issue as well. Have a wired controller (Razer Wolverine Ultimate). Game reads it isn't connected and I have to use a standard xbox  wireless controller instead.

Having the same issue. Xbox Series X, Elite Controller.

Xbox gamechat got absolutely slaughtered with the new patch. As if it wasn't bad enough that volume was low for xbox people, now gamechat isn't registering our voice at all even tho xbox party chat does just fine.

Xbox series S, wired controller, razor wolverine. Game is not picking up my controller as being connected. Very annoyed.

Having the same issue on XSX with a regular Xbox One controller playing wired on a USB A to Micro USB cable. Playing wireless fixed it for anyone else with this issue.

Having issues on playing the game, I can search a match and when it’s time to pick my character it flashes with the banners and kick me to main menu. I’ve hard reset my Xbox and internet. No fix. Playing on Xbox series X

Hello.

I encounter a strange "thing" and not sure to whom to tell it.

So my account battle pass level is about 100 (not sure if it was 100 or 99) and when i logged in after the event started, i got the rest of the battle pass complete.

What do i need to do?

It seems there's an issue while holding the sword and going into drone view. Doesn't look so good....

Having the same controller connectivity problem as a bunch of others. This is with the Xbox Series X and a Wired Razer Wolverine Ultimate Controller.

Update: Found a really weird workaround that seems to function for now. I turned on the series X controller and used that to log in. Then once I was on the main screen I turned on the Razer Wolverine and turned off the Series X controller. The Razer seems to have taken over just fine. Still can't log in with the Razer, so this only works if you have a wireless controller as well.
