I spent over 510 eur to gain the kunai knife which is well known by know to be guaranteed in the (worst case scenario) 500th pack.

Just to make sure i am not trippin i spent 510 but i still dont have it?

I read a lot about a few other people not getting it but found no solution.

The EA support is not providing help in any form, they just tell me to post in forums, llike it would make any difference.

I really love this game and have a passion for it but I feel like I have been SCAMMED! straight up.

I hope any of the developers or mods reads this, verifies the money i spent and gets in contact with me to solve this problem
