I tried searching for the problem that Im having, and cant find a solution,

Im experiencing a bug that is making the game unplayable, and since my problem is movement related and this thread is solved,
I hope no one minds if I hijack this thread,

Where did the issue occur? In a match
Which part of the map or menu were you in? If you don't remember the exact name, please describe the area or what you were trying to do in the menu. Kings canyon, not sure about worlds edge
What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. Moving
Did your squad mates also experience the issue? No
How many matches had you played in a row before the issue occurred? Season 5 every single match
When did this happen? (dd.mm.yy hh:mm) Season 5 every single match
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
How severe is your issue? Major impacts to gameplay
What happens when the bug occurs? Character moves forward indefinitely with left stick released
What should be happening instead? Character stops when left stick is released
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Move forward for a few seconds or a slight tap on the left stick in the forward direction
Almost every time I move forward my character continues to move forward indefinitely after I release the left stick, I have to move the left stick backwards/down to make my character stop.
happens almost every time I move forwards (maybe 75% of the time), doesn’t matter if a move forwards for a split second or for an extended period
doesnt happen in the lobby, doesn’t happen in any other game or PS4 menu, it only happens in an apex match Duos/Trios/Ranked same behavior
it started with season 5 as far as I can tell
i tried and restarting the ps4
i tried changing controllers
i tried changing controller movement deadzone to large
i tried changing controller reaponse to steady
the only accessory plugged into the PS4 is a PS4 camera using it as a microphone
