Here's a clip. No inputs are being pressed while it's flickering, and I set the controller down partway through to try to eliminate gryoscope inputs from the controller as a possibility.

That does seem like it could be an issue with one of the controller buttons. Are you playing with the Joy-Cons, or are you using a different controller?

- @EA_Kent I'm using a pro controller.
I haven't had any instances of buttons misfiring during play, and the "Test Input Devices" option on the Switch doesn't show any buttons if none are specifically pressed.- EA_Kent
If you disconnect the Pro Controller and switch to the Joy Cons does the same thing still happen?
