I'm afraid the only other step I can really suggest would be to fully uninstall and reinstall the game to see if that helps. I know that can be time consuming, but if you can give that a shot I'd really appreciate it.

- @EA_Kent Instead of reinstalling for now, first I'll check with a friend this weekend and see if they can reproduce the problem on their Switch.
In the meantime, I've realized the flickering looks exactly the same as the transition animation when you switch which legend you're hovering over, and it stops instantly as soon as you stop being able to hover over the legends at the end of selection. It also flickers a lot less during arenas games (but still a little bit). - EA_Kent
