Legend Perks UI Bugged / Skydive Emote Wheel Bugged

What happens when the bug occurs? The UI is missing when selecting a legend upgrade from the inventory menu. Previously there was an animation that played over a perk icon the player was selecting, letting them know they were activating it, but that animation has disappeared, and now it is difficult to tell if you are selecting the perk. If you hold the controller button over the perk for a certain amount of time, it will eventually be selected, but the visual letting the player know how long until it is activated is gone. There is also an issue with the skydive emote wheel. I can no longer select a skydive emote with the right stick, only the left stick. I think previously we were able to pick skydive emotes with the right stick. Now, if i select a skydive emote with the left stick, it will affect my flying while the emote wheel is still up. Both of these issues happen in every BR match.
What should be happening instead? The visual of legend perks in the inventory menu should play, and skydive emotes should be selectable from the skydive emote wheel with the right stick.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? This issue occurs in every BR match without any specific steps required to activate the bug.
