Legends Locked, currencies not visible

Seriously... what happened? I got out of a match and currency wasn't loading, and can't select unlocks in the firing range. Other tabs in the lobby were locked as well.

What happens when the bug occurs? All free characters from Season 0 we’re the only ones available characters to buy we’re locked
What should be happening instead? All bought characters should be available
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Load into lobby and watch for locked characters

All season 0 characters were available except mirage and caustic. Bought characters were all locked.

This is fixed now, but what happened?

Do you still have all your skins available? If not, then there may be a problem with your account.

I'd recommend reaching out to the EA Help team so they can pull up your account and take a look.

EDIT: Thanks for the reports, this is being looked into. 

Problem doesn't seems to be fixed. Played from 9 am this morning and everything was fine. Restarted the Game at 3 pm and i only have access to free characters, cant go to the menu Parts: legends, loadout, store. Apex Coins, crafting Metals and EA Coins are set to -9.999

Please Help

Randomly acts like my account is a brand new account with -9999 AC/crafting materials, can't select any legend except the first 6.  This also happens randomly from the character selection screen.  Will choose a character i want then load into the match and be a random one of the first 6. Please fix this.

So I was playing control this morning. Picked crypto from the jump, nobody else played home. Loaded into the game and somehow was given pathfinder instead. I left the game, and upon entering the lobby, I find I can't access my legends and my currency and crafting is set at -9999. I've tried the whole restart thing multiple times. Is there anything else I can do?
