Lifeline D.O.C doesn't heal

What happens when the bug occurs? placing the D.O.C directly against the not-opened crate and the D.O.C clip inside a crate not healing me, but when the D.O.C finally clip out of the crate next to me, it still doesn't heal me. Then I died. but when I watch the dead screen I saw the D.O.C was in a different location which isn't next to me(i don't know it's the enemy lifeline' or mine)
What should be happening instead? the D.O.C should bounce against the crate and heal me
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? placing the D.O.C directly against the crate while crouching next to it, I was middle-behind the crate

i don't know if the D.O.C suppose to be able to clip inside a crate bc maybe the animation of deploying a D.O.C is partly inside a crate(the hand of the animation was inside a crate)
