lifeline drone getting stuck underground (cant heal player)

What happens when the bug occurs? when using the d.o.c drone near the respawn beacon it somehow glitched into the ground and prevented the drone from healing the player.
What should be happening instead? it shouldn't glitch into the ground
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? respawn a team member and deploy the d.o.c drone whilst close and looking at the respawn beacon.
as you deploy a d.o.c drone near the respawn beacon (may be just the one in dome) it glitches under the ground directly beneath the respawn beacon. have only tried this once so not sure if it happens often but it is still an issue. it cannot heal the player when underground and there is no way to get it out, so you have to wait for the cooldown. here is a screenshot of when it happened.
