Lifeline rework Tactical Bug

Lifelines tactical can not be assigned to another teammate after it is deployed and the hud for the tactical disappears.

    @Tarulia Yeah, this season has a bunch of bugs here and there.

    So far, there's issues with Lifeline's rework, (including Lifeline talking in your ear when not playing as Lifeline, and someone was passed the doc drone), grayed out tabs / loading currency, and even issues with items such as the Rift Relic Hover Boots, (which was disabled due to how bad the bug was), so I would imagine a fix would take some time.

    Hopefully things can be resolved soon!

    @Midnight9746 Still bugged, drone. Tactical works, but drone is still not visible or heals. Happened quite a few times this week.

    Just had this issue occur just before 1am EST on 1/16/2024, just a heads up. Drone said that it was out, but instead refused to actually deploy.
