Lifeline's left arm does not animate in Season 11 with her heirloom equipped

What happens when the bug occurs? Lifeline's left arm does not animate when climbing or using ziplines if her shock sticks are equipped. This started with the launch of Season 11 and can be replicated with 100% consistency.
What should be happening instead? Her left arm should show up.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Climb an object or use a zipline while LL's heirloom is equipped.

I have also attached a screenshot and my dxdiag. This can be replicated with perfect consistency. I'm not sure if first person player models got somehow changed with the new season, it seems to not be an issue with any other legend, since LL is the only one who uses both her hands for her heirloom.
- Thanks for the post. I think this is tracked already since I'm pretty sure I saw a variant on this before, but in any case we'll double check and make sure it is.
