Had the exact same thing happening rather often now.
If I should pin a percentage it would be around 33% of the times, going for an instant Black Market in the beginning of every round.
Since I qued solo I matched up with different legends on different maps. Had this issue sometimes in all rounds of a game, sometimes after round 3 or 2, sometimes never in the entire match.
From my point of view its completely random and needs to be looked at, the BM-Rush is the only reason to pick Loba in Arena, without it working 100% its just useless.
