I'm experiencing the same. Just stopped playing Loba in the Arena. Seems like she again will be the victim of game-ruining bugs....
Short version:
- Played her, on the phaserunner map to be exact.
- Put down my black market, within range of one of the pills and the care-package.
- Tried looting a shield battery, as the OP said, it disappears for one second, but the re-appears in the shop, not in my inventory
- Tried looting a weapon from the crate, same thing happened, re-appeared after a second, nothing in my inventory
- My team-mates experienced the exact same thing.
