Ahh okay,
Just so both parties are aware, post this same bug report to Logitech too.
The reason being is that Logitech could have a solution on there side and make things quicker for you to get a fix.
Also be sure to forward this post to them so they know what you have already tried. 🙂

Cheers Tibber, I've tried to do just that but their website is a mess and the post will not submit and I cannot contact them directly without the website popping up with lots of errors..
You can try going to the website through another web browser just incase its a broswer issue.
