Long queue time. Matchmaking takes forever

What happens when the bug occurs? Im in the lobby and i queue for a mach, i tried queueing for duo, trio, both with and without teammates and the issue persists. IT TAKES FOREVER to find a mach!
What should be happening instead? Instead, matchmaking should be fast, the way it was before, a few seasons ago
