Losing rp after winning a ranked game

What happens when the bug occurs? I didn't get any rp after winning a ranked game. I lost rp instead. I'm Plat3 so it gave me a minus 36 rp instead of giving me 100 rp for winning the game and rp for my kills. I think I have 1 kill so I should have got atleast 25 rp for that also.
What should be happening instead? Receiving 125 RP
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I'm not sure. This has never happened before.
I won a ranked game in Plat3 and I didn't receive any rp. It took away 36 rp. I even got the last kill of the game and it still gave me -36. I play mostly ranked and this has never happened before. I don't like having to play through a whole game and win in ranked and losing rp instead of gaining rp. I'm trying my very best to climb in ranked. Please fix this.
