Loss of content

Hey @Qwdsxcvft,

Have you recently unlinked your Xbox and EA Accounts? Suddenly losing all your skins sounds like what happens when an Xbox account is linked to a different EA Account.

Since that content is stored on the EA Account itself, unlinking your Xbox account from an older EA Account would cause that to be lost as outlined here: https://help.ea.com/en/help/account/unlink-gaming-accounts-from-ea-account/ 

Re-linking that to the original account would be the only way to get those back, so if you haven't already done so reaching back out to an advisor would be the best way to have this looked into further.
