Lost literally everything on update

What happens when the bug occurs? All of my content is gone - all skins, all models, all quips, all coins, all tokens, all materials, all legends, literally everything that I either paid for or earned is gone, and I only have the base models and base legends.
What should be happening instead? I shouldn't be losing literally everything I earned since season 2.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? No idea.

Logged on today, updated, and all of my stuff is gone. All of it. 

I will simply stop playing this game if this is not reversible or refundable.
