Where did the issue occur? Returning to the lobby after a match
Which part of the map or menu were you in? If you don't remember the exact name, please describe the area or what you were trying to do in the menu. Just when i logged back into the game after restarting
What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. Entering the mian menu after restarting

What happens when the bug occurs? I played my first match of apex legends in a year, played 1 game as pathfinder with my twitch prime omega point skin, restarted and lost my skin
What should be happening instead? I should have my twitch prime pathfinder skin omega point
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Im not sure, have the twitch prime skin for pathfinder and restart your client
I played my first game of apex legends in about a year, logged in and played 1 single game of pathfinder with my twitch prime skin omega point and after restarting that match to fiddle with settings, i no longer owned the twitch prime skin for pathfinder, its not in the menu as if it never existed
