Low FPS and Stuttering on PS4 & Xbox One Season 16

I’m having the same issue in every fight I get at the highest 40 fps but will drop down to 25-30 fps at stutters throughout the entire match hardly ever actually stay at 60 fps doing anything important game wise besides standing still, really hope this gets fixed soon
