Low FPS and Stuttering on PS4 & Xbox One Season 16

Yeah this update literally killed console fps..

Used to run a solid 55-60 fps now average at 35-40 while looking anywhere besides the sky or wall don't let anyonenl throw a nade or drop a ult on you cause your dropping to 20. Unplayable thought upgrading to a new Gen would fix the issue na still running 35-30 frames, meanwhile cod I'm running 120 easy. No excuse fix your game already stop pushing 120 pk skins.
