Low FPS and Stuttering on PS4 & Xbox One Season 16

Before season 16 I would get 50fps average regardless of if there are fights or not, no framee drops at all. After the updates I get the same fps I got last season only if I look at the sky, any other time I get 40fps when just walking around and huge frame drops at certain places or when in fights. Respawn, fix your game please.
