I wonder if maybe the new apex season doesn't support 60Hz refresh rate anymore. I'm going to try to test it with a 120Hz monitor tomorrow and see if that changes anything because my current monitor doesn't go up to 120. I mean if that is the case, they should definitely fix it back to 60. But this is just speculation for now

@YouWithABigHead I use lg oled c1 which has lag input boost and 120hz either way its pointless playing ranked now
