Low FPS and Stuttering on PS4 & Xbox One Season 16

Yeah I have been having this issue too! It is not a Hardware issue though! Atleast not for the most part since I also met people that are complaining about this on new gen consoles. 

What I was able to deduct was that these slowdowns/stutters seem to occur whenever the killfeed is active or whenever you yourself are involved in firefights. 

This would mean that the server is having issues either processing damage or processing bullets
