Low FPS and Stuttering on PS4 & Xbox One Season 16

@willxfox It's really frustrating this frame drops issue and it's also on ps4, not just xbox, pretty much since the anniversary event ended I've been experiencing really bad frame drops, playing at 30 fps isn't fun. They need to urgently fix this, such an amazing season content wise but at the same time what a rubbish season performance wise
