@EA_Aljo 3 weeks since this message and for all we know we are no closer to a fix than 3 weeks before you posted this. we have gotten zero communication besides this. is a fix in place? patch coming soon? issues identified but fix taking longer than expected? free event rewards being addressed by the main Respawn account within hours but we still are being left in the dark. @EA_David @EA_Aljo Respawn HAS to do better...

@EA_Aljo Can we get any sort of information on the status of the issue?  I’m about to give up on apex because of how frustrating this is
